Because it's too long for DM and because I'm lazy, I'm copy-pasting what I wrote in a comment above regarding smart vampy stuff:
I kind of imagine a Buffy-esque thing going on where vamps have a brothely kind of set-up where people can come pay to be bitten because they kind of get off on it? Maybe the higher-ups in Darrow PD look the other way because they have a deal that the vamps aren't supposed to mass murder or something. But the bodies they're leaving behind are retribution for people who owe big and haven't been able to pay up.
So Reid getting involved would be a BIG UH-OH for the vamps AND the coppers involved. So yes, Smart Vampire can totally find out about Luke being a werewolf and try to use him against Reid omf my creys!
fkjsd;afjkl;sdafa at newt and kate stealing someone's entrance package, WE SHOULD MAKE THIS HAPPEN. and for the vigilante thing, I think I'll put up a private post in Kili's journal at some point where characters who are going to join the group can all have threads with each other, like a gathering post or something. I think right now, it's probably safe to say that Kili is going out with Fili and/or Padme for vamp slayage so they can just expand their crew~~~~
